How the Email Management System Works

With optional connections to Microsoft Outlook and Exchange Server journaling, Document Locator users can drag and drop messages directly into the document management system, save messages from the Outlook file menu, or all messages can be captured automatically as they are sent and received company-wide. Email content is automatically indexed as messages enter the system, and can be instantly searched and retrieved.
