Software license types

Named User license

The Named User license is our standard, all access license that includes both Windows-integrated desktop access as well as Web and Mobile access. Each license is for a single person. With the named user license, a user can be logged in on multiple devices at the same time, for example on a desktop and tablet.

Dedicated Desktop license

The Dedicated Desktop license is for Windows-integrated desktop access for a single person on a single computer. It's a great value license that is best used by frequent users who work in the office.

Concurrent Desktop license

The Concurrent Desktop license is for Windows-integrated desktop access for multiple people to share at multiple computers. With concurrent licensing, you can have as many people use the software at the same time as the number of licenses you have. The number of people that can access the system at the same time is limited to the number of licenses you own. For example, if you have 100 users, but only 25 concurrent licenses, any 25 people can use the software at any given time.

Concurrent Web license

Concurrent Web licenses provide browser-based and Web and Mobile access, and can be shared among multiple people. Like Concurrent Desktop licenses, you can have as many people use the software at the same time as the number of licenses you have. The number of people that can acces the system at the same time is limited to the number of licenses you own. For example, if you have 100 users, but only 25 concurrent licenses, any 25 people can use the software at any given time.
