Keeping every member of a project team up-to-date and informed is significant task for any project manager. Across the team, different groups use different specialized software applications to do their work. Often it’s left to unstructured and uncontrolled means like email and shared network folders to share files and connect the team.
Our approach has always been to unify project information across the entire team. Documents, drawings, approvals, emails, everything are better managed within a single system, because it fosters faster, more informed decision making among all team members.
