Manage groups of files in Projects

Manage any number of individual files, as well as groups of dependent or related files, in Project Folders inside Document Locator.


With Project Folders, you can group and version entire collections of dependent and related files. Files can be added to Project folders from any location in the document management system. Shortcuts in the Project folder link directly to the files, making it easy to locate and view all files in a project no matter their location.

Versioning of Project folders captures a “snapshot in time”. Files and file versions are logged in each Project version. This makes it easy to review the status of project files at various milestones or timeframes.
