Document Locator's optional WebTools Module provides secure remote access to information and document management features for traveling employees, branch offices, customers, vendors, and other authorized users. You control who has remote access, and what they have access to.
The WebTools Module closely replicates the Desktop Client's Windows interface in a Web browser, allowing users to perform many of the same functions and activities via the Internet as they would in the office. Efficient self-service remote access to document management repositories eliminates the need to ask employees in the office to retrieve, modify, or send files. Authorized users can search, view, save, or print any file on demand from any internet-connected location.
