You can easily disable a user's security and reassign documents to others. Control ensures that users can view and make changes only to the documents they are allowed access to, and prevents users from accidentally deleting files.
Encryption is also an option for business processes involving sensitive information.
Disaster Recovery
Document Locator eases disaster recovery plans by placing critical business documents and files in managed, recoverable repositories. Information can be easily incorporated in disaster recovery plans and backed up for redundancy and recovery.
