Document Version Control
With Document Locator, time is never wasted determining which copy of a document has the latest revisions. Document Locator automatically versions documents and displays the version number so it can be identified at a glance. Administrators can determine whether users have access only to the latest version, or to previous versions of a document.
Document version control allows previous versions to be viewed, opened or promoted by users with proper permissions. Previous versions can also be edited and a new track of sub-versions started.
