Event Subscriptions

Document Locator keeps everyone informed with flexible and customizable event subscriptions and notifications. For example, you can subscribe to automatically receive email notifications every time a critical document is changed or when a new document is added to a project folder.  Document Locator's event subscription feature lets you subscribe to numerous important document and folder related notifications.

• Receive automatic notifications when high-priority documents are changed.
• Keep on top of projects by being informed when new files are added to client or project folders.
• Monitor when specific users access content to ensure workflow processes are on schedule.
• In combination with the Optional Automated Workflow Module, you can automatically launch custom actions based on event subscriptions such as workflows or third-party system updates.
