eCopy and Document Locator combine to capture and manage both paper and digital documents, delivering a total office automation suite that is affordable to own and easy to use. eCopy ShareScan OP extends the capabilities of digital copiers and scanners for ad hoc scanning of high-value documents, seamlessly integrating with Document Locator to build a bridge between paper and digital workflows. Once scanned, files are stored within a secure digital repository having all the features of a robust document management system. The Document Locator Connector for eCopy ShareScan OP is an optional Module.

  • Quickly scan documents, enter profile or metadata information, and send electronic copies directly into the corporate digital library on Document Locator.
  • Scan images to PDF or TIFF format and use OCR to index document content for fast search and retrieval based on key-word searches.
