Document Locator’s optional Automated Workflow Module delivers flexible information routing and management solutions customized to specific business operations. Automated Workflow extends standard Document Locator Notification and Approval to include much more powerful and customizable workflow functions that enable modeling and automation of even complex business processes.
The flexible architecture of Document Locator's workflow system allows users and administrators to quickly create, manage, reuse, and support document workflows with sophisticated events and processes. For example, workflows can be configured to drive any number of parallel or serial process steps, they can include conditional steps, they can assign alternate users to task steps, and they can be managed across a team environment.
