ColumbiaSoft Integrates eCopy ShareScan OP with Document Locator to Provide Intuitive and Affordable Document Imaging and Distribution Directly to Digital Document Management


Connector Announced at the eCopy Paper Connection Forum

Miami, Florida, eCopy Paper Connection Forum, April 5, 2005 –ColumbiaSoft Corporation announced today that it is shipping the eCopy ShareScan OP v3.0 Connector for ColumbiaSoft Document Locator®. The new software product integrates Document Locator with eCopy ShareScan OP to help organizations dramatically reduce the costs of storing and finding paper documents, increase information worker productivity, and comply with regulatory requirements.

The Connector presents the Document Locator user interface directly on a digital copier console, enabling workers to send scanned documents to the Document Locator repository and greatly simplifying the rapid and secure capture of paper records. Supported digital copiers include Canon, HP, Océ, Ricoh, Sharp, and Toshiba.
